Bots Overview

KPI’s are provided for you on your bots performance. You can see leads for:

     

      • Last 7 Days

      • Last 14 Days

      • Total Leads

    My Bots

    The dashboard page is the central hub where all your bots are located. Depending on your Plan, you may have 1 or more bots that you can create and edit.

    Bot Functions include:

       

        • Edit

             

              • Enter into the mode where you can edit all of your bots configuration and behavior

          • Rename

               

                • Allows you to rename the bot on the Dashboard. This will not EDIT the bot’s name show to the user. For that, be sure to EDIT the bot.

            • Delete

                 

                  • Deletes the bot AND ALL OF ITS DATA – ***THERE IS NO RECOVERY OPTION – BE CAREFUL!!***

              • Duplicate

                   

                    • Allows you to clone or duplicate a bot

                • Share

                     

                      • Share your bot with other users on GDP. When selected you can copy the url and share it with others so they can import the bot as thier own

                    • You can not submit bots unless they have an associated flow. In other words if you have no flow and only use the Global AI Mode. You can not submit your bot.

                 

                    • This option sends your bot the the servers gallery so others can make bots from your template.

                   

                        • DO NOT SHARE ANY PRIVATE DATA.
