Responses Overview
You can get to responses one of two ways:
- From the Dashboard
- From inside editing a bot
Regardless of you how enter the information is the same. Observe though that you can “SELECT BOT TO VIEW RESPONSES“, by changing the bot responses from the pull down menu at the top of the main section of to the left, and just to the right of the left site menu.
Functions:
Export to CSV
- This is your typical comma separated value list/file. best to use with importing into other systems
Export to Excel
- Exports to a legacy XLS not a modern XLSX format, and the file is unformatted
Delete all
- Be careful using this option as there is no recovery if you accidentally press it an then confirm the choice.
